Join us 2 December – 19 December during lap swim hours (11am to 1pm & 3pm to 6pm) to complete one of the required workouts per day!
Complete all 12 workouts before 19 December to WIN a special prize!
Workouts may be completed in any order, but you may only complete 1 per day.
Pick up your 12 Days of Fitmas punch card at the Aquatic Center starting 2 December!
Open to ages 18+ only
12 DAYS OF FITMAS WORKOUTS
- 500 meter swim (10 laps), any stroke
- 30 min ride on the green water bike
- 30 min run/walk on the water treadmill
- 30 mins on the water elliptical
- Kickboard in the deep end for 10 laps
- Buoy pull in the deep end for 10 laps
- 30 min jog in the shallow end with dumbbells
- 30 min jog in the deep end with aqua jogger belt
- Attend 1 Water Aerobics Class
- Attend 1 Aqua Rock Class
- Ring ride 10 laps in the blue ring, using arms only
- Dolphin kick w/ flippers 10 laps with 10 wall ups at the deep end
