Design Center
The Design Center is the commercial print shop section of the 319th FSS Marketing Department! We offer a wide variety of printing services including poster printing, mounting, copying, lamination, custom graphic design, and much more! Anyone with base access is able to utilize our fee-based print services.

Rush Order Fee | 20% of total order *If you need your order sooner than the time frames above, you may REQUEST to have your order rushed. This is dependent on current workload and manning. If approved, we will charge a rush fee for orders less than 5 business days for print only, less than 10 business days for orders needing design or editing. |

Please Note
As our primary mission is supporting the 319th Force Support Squadron, Design Center orders are accepted on a time-available basis. At times, mission needs and availability of supplies may result in a longer turnaround time for production than usual. You will be informed when placing your order if this is the case.
How to Place an Order
Step 1
Submit Request & Get a Quote
Email us at 319fss@gmail.com with your order request and your contact information. Please include as many details about your order as possible (ex. size, how many, what material you would like it printed on etc.)
We will respond to your request within 1 – 2 business days and reach out to you if any additional documents or information is needed.

Step 2
Approve Quote
Once we receive all necessary information, we will email you a price quote. You must approve the quote before we can start production. Standard turnaround time begins after you approve your price quote.
Step 3
Review Proof
Once we design/layout your order, we will send you an email with a proof previewing what it will look like. This step allows you to preview your project and catch any errors before printing the full order.
You MUST respond to confirm that the proof is good to print to finalize your order. We WILL NOT print until we receive your approval.
Please carefully check the following items:
Ensure the quality of the print is acceptable: resolution, colors, layout etc.
Ensure the accuracy of all information: dates, location, names, etc.
Check for typos and spelling errors
*We are not responsible for errors or spelling mistakes in items provided to us for printing*
Step 4
Pick Up & Pay
Our design team will send you an email when your order is ready. You may pick up and pay for your order at Arts & Crafts (located just down the hall from our office).

Submit an FSS Marketing Request
You must be logged in to your Monday.com account to add an event to the FSS calendar & submit marketing requests
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Marketing requests for FSS events or programs that require print/digital advertising graphics must be submitted at least 60 days in advance
- Requests for FSS event sponsorship must be submitted at least 6 months in advance.

You must be classified as an FSS MWR facility in order to receive free print marketing. Non-MWR FSS facilities may receive free design service on a time-available basis, but must pay for printing. Not sure if you qualify?
