Rock Wall

Conquer new heights on our 45-foot indoor rock climbing wall! Whether you’re a seasoned climber or a first-timer, our rock wall is designed for all skill levels.

Climbers must be ages 4+ and able to fit snugly into a harness. For safety purposes, all climbers must make an appointment and fill out a Waiver of Liability prior to use.

ZeroGround Esports Lounge

Level up your gaming experience at the ZeroGround Esports Lounge!

Drop in and enjoy all of the latest games on our gaming PCs and VR setups, as well as all of the latest consoles including PS5, Xbox Series X, and the Nintendo Switch! It’s like a permanent LAN party!

Plus, take a breather in our dedicated break room, equipped with vending machines to keep you fueled between gaming sessions.

ZeroGround is open to ages 18+ only and is accessible during normal business hours & with registered 24-Hour Access.

Bod Pod

Bod Pod

Get a personalized assessment of your body composition with our Bod Pod! The Bod Pod measures your body fat percentage, muscle density, and a variety of other components. The process takes 15 – 45 minutes and appointments are required for use.

Contact the Fitness Center Front Desk to make an appointment today! The Bod Pod is located in the Fitness Assessment Cell.

To ensure the most accurate readings, all users are recommended to wear a swim cap. Women are recommended to wear a one-piece swimsuit and men are recommended to wear compression shorts. Swim caps/clothing not provided.

Can’t make it to our group fitness classes? Check out Wellbeats, our digital work-out kiosk that allows you to take instructor led fitness classes on demand! Wellbeats offers over 600+ digital instructor-led workouts for all ages, as well as nutrition education, mindfulness classes, and more!
The Wellbeats kiosk is located in the Aerobics Room.

24-Hour Access

To access the Fitness Center during unmanned hours (nights, weekends, holidays etc.), patrons must register for 24-Hour Access ahead of time. Registration can be completed at the front desk during normal business hours.

24-Hour Access is open to ages 18+ only. You must be a DoD ID card holder to utilize 24-Hour Access.

Rules & Code of Conduct

  • Use of the Rock Wall is strictly prohibited during 24-hour Access.
  • Please respect the equipment and clean up after yourself. Put away weights not in use and sanitize the equipment after use.
  • Those choosing to wear civilian clothing in lieu of a PT uniform while working out will ensure it is neat, clean, and appropriate.
  • Patrons acknowledge they are expected to behave in accordance with good standards of conduct and discipline.
  • Active-Duty members (Sponsors) will be held responsible for the conduct of their dependents.
  • CAC sharing is strictly prohibited.
  • For your safety, please ensure that the door closes securely following entry.
  • 24-hr Access users WILL NOT hold the door for others.
  • It is highly encouraged that patrons utilize the Wingman Concept during unmanned hours.
  • Surveillance cameras will be recording activities within the facility during unmanned hours. Violations of rules and guidelines will not be tolerated.
  • Patrons acknowledge that there may not be anyone on-site to respond to an emergency. In case of an emergency or need for assistance, emergency phones are located at the Front Desk and in the Weight and Cardio Rooms. Please call 911 in an emergency.
    • The two AED machines are located across from the front desk and across from the desk by the pool.
    • All injuries during 24-Hour Access must be reported to Fitness Center staff and the wing safety office within 48 hours.
  • Violation of rules and guidelines will result in loss of privileges and is subject to punishment under the UCMJ.

Equipment Policy

Patrons needing check-out equipment during unmanned hours (ex. Unit PT session), may check-out the equipment 24-hours in advance during normal business hours. Personnel will sign out items using AF Form 1297 and return the equipment to Fitness Center staff on the next duty day.

Dress & Appearance Policy

Please wear proper athletic attire and athletic shoes in all activity and equipment areas.
Military uniforms are authorized to be worn during workouts and members may remove their utility uniform coat; however, t-shirts must be worn. Only court shoes with non-marking soles may be worn on hardwood floors; boots are not authorized on treadmills or hardwood floors.

Prohibited:

  • Any garments that contain obscene/offensive language or graphics, political statements or images deemed offensive by other patrons or Fitness Center Staff.
  • Bathing suits in any location except the pool and pool locker rooms.
  • Bare feet in any vicinity except designated locker rooms.
  • Shorts that are not conservative and modest in nature.
  • Casual slacks and/or jeans.
  • Tops that expose nipples or ribcage (ex. cut off tank tops)
  • Crop tops and sports bras worn as a shirt. (Sports bras must be covered with a shirt/tank top and midriffs must be covered)
  • Sandals/flip flops/Crocs/street shoes etc.
  • Garments made of plastic/rubber that are specifically designed to increase the amount of perspiration are prohibited due to safety concerns (including an increased risk of dehydration and heat illness)

Individuals with poor personal hygiene that may be offensive in nature (ex. dirty or soiled clothing, unwashed skin and hair).
If any violations of the above occur, patrons will be asked to change into appropriate
exercise attire or leave the facility until the problem is corrected. There will be no exceptions.

Children Under Age 6

  • PERMITTED in the Parent and Child Area for supervised play only.
  • NOT permitted in any other areas of the Fitness Center.

Youth Ages 6 – 12

  • PERMITTED in the following activity areas: basketball court, racquetball courts, running track, locker room, and parent and child area under qualified adult interactive supervision only. Interactive supervision requires the qualified adult and child to participate in or perform the activity together at all times.
  • NOT permitted in cardio rooms, weight equipment rooms, or group exercise rooms during scheduled adult exercise classes.

Youth Ages 13 – 15

  • PERMITTED in cardio rooms, weight equipment, group exercise rooms, locker rooms, basketball court, racquetball court, running track, etc., under qualified adult interactive supervision only. Interactive supervision requires the qualified adult and child to participate in or perform the activity together at all times.

Youth Under Age 18

  • PERMITTED in the pool only during instructional programs, or when qualified adult interactive supervision is present.
  • NOT permitted in the Fitness Center during 24-Hour Access.
  • NOT permitted in the Zero Ground Esports Lounge at any time.
