Griffin Gauntlet
Do you have what it takes to run the gauntlet? Come out and prove it on 29 May in the Griffin Gauntlet!
Test your strength, endurance, and teamwork in our demanding 12-obstacle race course, complete with a mud pit!
Teams of 4 will compete to finish all 12 obstacle stations as quickly as possible; fastest team wins! The 1st and 2nd place teams will be awarded DAYS OFF!

This event is designated as an authorized duty location for all participants (including civilians).
EVENT DETAILS & OBSTACLES​
- To ensure a smooth flow, the event will be a shotgun start, and teams will have staggered start times.​
- You will begin at a designated station and proceed through stations 1-11 in a specific order.​
- Each team will receive a route card with their unique starting point and station order.​
- ​The Mud Pit (12th station) is final station for all teams before the finish line.
- Events are performed by one person at a time unless otherwise noted.​
Obstacles:
- Relay Race: 3 miles per team​​
- Barricades: 8 reps over 100 yards per person​
- Medicine Ball Toss: 50 yards per person​
- Weighted Lunges: 25 yards per person​
- Kettlebell Swings: 100 swings per team​
- Push-Ups: 200 reps per team​
- Pull-Ups: 40 reps per team​
- Sit-Ups: 200 reps per team​
- Box Jumps: 100 jumps per team​​
- Sledgehammer Swings: 100 swings per team
- Battle Ropes: 4 minutes per team​
- Mud Pit: 25 yards per person
