Squadrons may compete with a 2-person team AND/OR a 4-person team
1 team per squadron, per category (Max of 1x 2-person team & 1x 4-person team per squadron)
Obstacle difficulty will be adjusted based on team size (see below for details)
Teams will be given a card indicating the order of their obstacle stations
All teams must carry a 5-gallon bucket of sand throughout the entire course
All events are performed 1 team member at a time unless otherwise specified. All team members must complete all events
2-PERSON OBSTACLE STATIONS
Relay Race: 0.75 miles (this obstacle will be completed 2x)
Barricades: 8 reps over 100 yds
Medicine Ball Toss: 50 yds
Weighted Lunges: 25 yds with weighted bar
Kettlebell Swings: 50 swings
Push-Ups: 100 reps
Pull-Ups: 20 reps
Sit-Ups: 100 reps
Box Jumps: 50 jumps
Sledgehammer Swings: 50 swings
Mud Pit Crawl: 25 yards
Battle Ropes: 2 minutes (clock stops for breaks)
4-PERSON OBSTACLE STATIONS
Relay Race: 1.5 miles (this obstacle will be completed 2x)
Barricades: 8 reps over 100 yds
Medicine Ball Toss: 50 yds
Weighted Lunges: 25 yds with weighted bar
Kettlebell Swings: 100 swings
Push-Ups: 200 reps
Pull-Ups: 40 reps
Sit-Ups: 200 reps
Box Jumps: 100 jumps
Sledgehammer Swings: 100 swings
Mud Pit Crawl: 25 yards
Battle Ropes: 4 minutes (clock stops for breaks)
