Lens & Landscape Photography Workshop
Discover the art of outdoor photography at our 2-day Lens & Landscape Photography Workshop!
Learn photography basics, camera settings, and landscape/wildlife photography techniques on Day 1, then put your skills into action with a scenic nature hike and photography exercises on Day 2!
Participants do NOT need to have their own camera. Snacks will be provided both days; lunch will be included on Day 2.
Cost is $20 per person and includes instruction, camera rental, snacks, beverages, lunch on Day 2, transportation to the hike, and photo printing.

EVENT SCHEDULE
DAY 1: FRIDAY, 22 MAY | 1PM TO 4PM
- Ice Breaker
- Overview of photography basics and different types of cameras
- Learn about essential camera settings (shutter speed, aperture, ISO) and functions
- Familiarize yourself with your cameraโs menu and features
- Hands-on practice with your camera settings
- Tips for capturing landscapes and wildlife
- Practical photography exercises
DAY 2: SATURDAY, 23 MAY | 8AM TO 2PM
- Embark on a guided hike to Turtle River State Park
- Apply learned techniques while capturing photographs of the environment
- Participate in team and solo photography activities
- Individual assistance and feedback from the instructor
- Review and wrap-up – Group discussion to share photographs and experiences
- Tips on what to do next in your photography
- Q&A and Discussion – ask questions and discuss challenges
- Lunch & photo printing
